I recently sold a neighbour's house after they had a terrible experience with a local agent. On completion, they gave me a fantastic review and said, "you should start your own agency Reiss; the experience you have given has been amazing and very personal!"​​

 

So after 13 years of being employed, my fiance Kelly and I launched 'Estate Agent Reiss', covering London and Kent with some clear objectives in mind; to offer all my clients a bespoke, friendly, one to one service around the values I hold dear. Accessibility, accountability, transparency and sound honest advice.

With over 13 years of experience in the property industry, I’ve worked at corporate, online and independent agencies in London and Kent.

 

Known for my extensive local market knowledge and unmatched devotion to my clients, my success is based on positive referrals. I earn the respect of my clients by working tirelessly on their behalf, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.

 

Over the years, I've built up great relationships with buying agents, solicitors, surveyors and financial advisers, so if there is a question I can't answer, I can put you in contact with the people that can.

The approach:

I’m passionate about personal service and the highest level of integrity. With over a decades of experience in the property business, I’ve decided to branch out on my own to take full responsibility for every decision made, enabling me to deliver a truly bespoke service.
 

For my vendors, I have the experience and skill to accurately value your property and provide comparable evidence of sales achieved within the area. We’ll work collaboratively on a tailored marketing strategy to suit the individual homeowner and the property.
 

I’ll look after the sale from beginning to end. That means every detail, from showing the property to negotiating an offer and handing over the keys, is conducted by me – an experience you just won’t find on the high street.

What motivates me?

Sharing in my client’s journey and that, often life-changing, the experience of buying or selling a property is still a great motivator. I have bought and sold numerous times myself and can navigate any situations that arise, both logistical and emotional.

I am a father/stepfather to 3 children and soon to be husband. They are the reason I wake up every day. To take my children to school and not miss out on the special moments is my motivation to succeed.
